All our care providers are trained to NVQ level 2 status, and receive a thorough induction on commencing work with Abbey Care to ensure compliance with policies and procedures designed to minimise risks and improve health and safety for all.

Investing in our Team

Abbey Care (NW) Ltd provide a mandatory training programme to all our staff, keeping them up to date with the latest in health and safety and safe-guarding guidance.

We also support our staff who are studying for qualification in healthcare through supervision and practical experience.
